The Stefanakis complex, which consists of a main building (the hotel) and one separate block of apartments, is built amongst lush vegetation and is located in the area of Varkiza, one of the best summer resorts in Athens.

The Stefanakis complex, is 20 Km away from the center of Athens and 18 Km from the new airport, while only 60 meters from Varkiza well-organized beach.

The recently renewed and fully equipped complex combines a homely and pleasant atmosphere. The excellent services provided by the well-trained personnel help to make the hotel an ideal place for relaxed vacations.

There is also immediate access to any place of Attica and certainly to the center of Athens, to Piraeus and to the airport "ELEFTHERIOS VENIZELOS", as in a very short distance from the complex, there is a taxi and a bus station, reaching the bus station and the above areas.

Varkiza's coastal resort is only 30 minutes away from the center of Athens.

It is the favourite resort, for most people living in Attica, as well as the favourite place to live for businessmen whose companies are located nearby the Varkiza's area.
The city is located at the south part of Attica, a superb coastal area, unrolling like a ribbon from the Attica Peninsula down to Cape Sounion, where the white marble pillars of the Temple of Poseidon stand over 2000 years. It is proudly referred to, as the Athenian Riviera of our country.
If you really want to escape from the everyday routine, you can enjoy the warm and healing waters of the mysterious Vouliagmeni's Lake, located only 10 minutes away from the Stefanakis complex. For nature lovers, there is the wonderful cave of Peania, called "KOUTOUKI"
